Source photos and generated previews are stored with infrastructure providers such as Google AI / Vertex AI, Cloudflare R2, Resend, Stripe.

Face-photo uploads are processed only to generate simulations and operate the product, not to offer clinical advice.

Deleted projects are purged within 30 days.

Draft uploads are purged within 7 days.

Protected previews expire within 30 days and can be revoked earlier.

We maintain deletion workflows, incident response procedures, and vendor review checklists as part of product operations.
