Terms of Use

The Service previews, visually, how a face might look after a procedure.

It is not a medical service. It does not provide diagnosis, prescription, or treatment planning. Results are a visual reference and do not guarantee any real-world outcome; the actual result depends on the surgeon’s judgement and the individual’s anatomy.

You decide whether and how to use any output, and you are responsible for that decision.

You must be at least 14 years old to create an account.

An account may not be shared. Multiple people in an organization need a seat each.

Upload only photos and content you own or are authorised to use.

You grant us a non-exclusive right to store, process, transform, and display that content as needed to operate the Service. That right is exercised only for that purpose and ends when you delete the content.

We do not use your photos or results in marketing. If we ever want to, we ask you each time.

We do not use your content to train AI models (Privacy Policy, section 4).

Simulations, videos, and reports you generate belong to you. Material generated in an organization account belongs to that organization.

We do not use generated material beyond the right described in the previous section.

Different users may generate similar results. We do not warrant that generated material is original or free of third-party rights.

About faces. Do not upload someone else’s photo without their consent; do not upload a photo of a minor, except where an organization has the guardian’s consent; do not create images or video that impersonate a real person or are likely to be mistaken for them; do not create sexual content.

About results. Do not present a simulation as a guaranteed surgical outcome. Where a medical institution uses generated material in advertising, complying with medical advertising law is that institution’s responsibility.

About the Service and its output. Do not use the Service, directly or indirectly, to build datasets for training other AI models, or to turn generated results into templates for other photo-editing services. We do not train on your material, and you may not use the Service to train on it either.

Generally, do not infringe others’ rights, harass, or act unlawfully; do not scrape, reverse-engineer, circumvent access controls, or place undue load on the Service.

We may restrict access after notice for a breach of this section, or immediately with notice afterwards where the breach is urgent or serious.

Prices are exclusive of VAT.

Credits are consumed by generation: 20 for a photo simulation, 40 for a video, 20 for one custom design. Credits spent on a generation that fails are returned automatically.

How long credits last depends on their kind. Subscription credits expire at the end of the billing cycle and a fresh grant arrives with the next one; unspent credits do not carry over. A separately purchased credit pack is valid for 12 months from purchase, and each pack carries its own expiry. The free credits given at sign-up are a one-time grant and are not renewed.

Credits are drawn down in this order: subscription credits first, then the credit pack closest to expiry. When both are exhausted, generation stops until the next cycle or until you buy another pack. Nothing is charged after use.

Subscriptions renew monthly. The next renewal date and the amount are shown in your billing settings at all times. You can cancel at any time in settings, in no more steps than it took to subscribe; cancelling stops the next renewal, and the cycle you already paid for runs to its end.

Where a minor pays for a paid feature without their legal guardian’s consent, the minor or the guardian may cancel that payment. A minor must have a guardian’s consent before paying.

Fees are non-refundable, except as required by law and as set out below.

Where the law gives you a right of withdrawal, that right applies. Consumers in Korea may withdraw within 7 days of payment; withdrawal is restricted as to the credits already spent, and we tell you this at checkout and ask you to acknowledge it before payment.

If the Service was unavailable through our fault, we refund the amount corresponding to that period.

Cancelling a subscription stops the next renewal. The cycle you already paid for runs to its end, and we do not prorate it.

If your situation is not covered above, write to contact@gangnamx.com. We may grant a refund at our discretion after considering the circumstances.

If access is suspended for non-payment you may still request an export of your data for 30 days. We do not withhold your data or refuse its return because of non-payment.

The organization owner can invite members, grant permissions, and remove members.

Material created in an organization workspace belongs to that organization. It stays with the organization when a member leaves.

Before uploading a client’s face photo, the organization must obtain that client’s consent covering capture, upload, and simulation. The organization represents and warrants that it has done so.

The organization represents and warrants that its medical staff hold the qualifications and licences needed to perform or recommend the procedures involved.

We do not use material processed in an organization workspace to train AI models.

We process personal information on the organization’s instructions under a separate data processing agreement.

An organization chooses its region, and the consultation-record retention period follows from that region. If a paid plan ends we give 90 days’ notice, during which the organization can export its data.

Changes to seat count take effect from the next billing cycle.

We may change what the Service does. We give 30 days’ notice of material changes that disadvantage you.

Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance. After an unavoidable outage we explain the cause and what we did.

You may delete your account at any time.

Deletion has a 30-day grace period during which you can restore the account. After that it is removed permanently.

You can export your data before ending the agreement.

We may terminate the agreement of a user who seriously breaches the prohibited-use section.

We give 7 days’ notice before a change takes effect. For changes that disadvantage you we give 30 days’ notice, individually as well as publicly. If you do not object during the notice period you are taken to have accepted. If you do not accept, you may end the agreement.

The Service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or any particular result.

Consistent with the first section, we do not warrant that a simulation will match an actual surgical outcome.

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

That limit does not apply to our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, to death or personal injury, or to any liability that cannot be limited by law.

For consumers, the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence prevails over this section.

If you cause loss to us or to a third party by breaching the content or prohibited-use sections, you are responsible for that loss. In particular, disputes arising from uploading another person’s face without consent are yours to resolve.

These terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of Canada, and the courts of Montréal, Québec have jurisdiction.

Mandatory consumer-protection law that applies to you prevails over this section, and a consumer may bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence.

We try to resolve disputes by discussion first. Failing that, consumers in Korea may apply to the Consumer Dispute Settlement Commission of the Korea Consumer Agency.

Force majeure. We are not liable for failure caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disaster, war, power failure, or a telecommunications carrier outage.

Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our prior consent.

Severability. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

Entire agreement. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about your use of the Service.

Export control. You must comply with applicable export control and sanctions law.
